Jodhi Gough

Hi, I’m Jodhi — a clinical counsellor with a heart-centred, holistic approach.

I believe every person carries a unique story shaped by their mind, body, and environment, and I work from a biopsychosocial and trauma-informed foundation to support your whole self. Safety, trust, choice, collaboration, and empowerment guide everything I do.

Blending humanistic and existential philosophies, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore your experiences authentically and move toward growth, meaning, and self-acceptance. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and Positive Psychology, and I also draw on Gottman, Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.

I support individuals and couples across the lifespan with challenges such as trauma, domestic and family violence, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, addiction, grief, and low self-worth.

At the heart of my work is this: you are not alone, and healing is possible.
